RedLegg – Regional Account Manager

Description

The Regional Account Manager will design, present, and demonstrate security services solutions. The ability to gather requirements, architect solutions, develop proposals, and present to the client is essential. During the sales cycle, the Regional Account Manager will work with the security engineering team to architect solutions, identify vendor solutions that meet the client’s requirements, and position competitive solutions. The Regional Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying needs and selling managed security services. Writing and presentation skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend RedLegg University Training Program.
  • Must work directly from the RedLegg office five (5) days a week.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in an Information Security role
  • Passionate about security and building relationships within the industry
  • Strong knowledge of general technical security controls
  • Strong knowledge of security strategy and risk management techniques
  • Strong knowledge of at least one of the following compliance or governance frameworks: NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, ISO 27001/2, COBIT, HIPAA, PCI
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Willing to travel up to 10%
  • Ability to work independently and within a group

RedLegg – Senior Security Sales Engineer

Description

The Senior Security Sales Engineer serves as the lead technical resource throughout the sales process. Primary duties include identifying customer needs, proposing and designing strategic and technical solutions to meet those needs, and assisting sales with closing business and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include internal training of staff on various security subjects, solution scoping, pricing and statements of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and understand the business drivers behind those needs.
  • Function as a trusted advisor to Director and C-Level clients.
  • Propose and design strategic and technical security solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Assist with technical scoping, project pricing, and proposal development.
  • Align with Sales strategies and assist them with closing and meeting sales goals.
  • Drive revenues and sales goal achievement through client-facing business development activities.
  • Train internal staff on various security subjects.
  • Serve as the liaison between the client, Sales, and Delivery groups during sales and post-sales cycles.
  • Leverage personal networking to increase exposure and drive additional opportunities for RedLegg.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in an Information Security role

Job Description

During this internship program, you will be exposed to project work in the cybersecurity field and will gain insight into many facets of the cybersecurity landscape. Placement is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn key technologies and services through RedLegg and vendor training programs
  • Complete tasks needed for various departments including, but not limited to, marketing, customer service, managed security services and pre-sales and sales support
  • Update documents in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Leverage RedLegg’s CRM to prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
