The Enterprise Sales Executive will design, present & demonstrate security service solutions. The ability to gather requirements, architect solutions, develop proposals & presenting is essential. During the sales cycle, the Enterprise Sales Executive will work with the security engineering team to architect solutions, identify vendor solutions that meet client requirements and position competitive solutions.  The Enterprise Sales Executive will also be responsible for identifying needs and selling managed security services.  Writing and presentation skills are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively translate customer requirements into security service solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing contracts while onboarding & building new relationships
  • Understand and apply vendor solutions that address technical requirements
  • Provide trusted advisory services to customers by maintaining knowledge of latest security technologies and industry trends
  • Maintain certifications with top partners

Requirements

TradeCraft Labs Senior Security Consultant

Description

A TradeCraft Labs Senior Security Consultant provides professional security services to RedLegg clients as well as mentoring & training lesser knowledgeable staff.  A Senior Security Consultant advises overall host, application & network security. The Security Consultant will utilize technical expertise and polite professional etiquette while performing the following duties:

  • Understand and operate in accordance with RedLegg service portfolio.
  • Perform and oversee up to 3 current assessments from beginning to end including acknowledgement to client and management; all work as defined by the appropriate methodologies; generation, editing and reporting of deliverables and debriefing with clients.
  • Mentor and assist in development of staff members.
  • Provide advice and guidance on hacking tools and techniques including advance malware detection.
  • Formulate an IT security incident response strategy and implement a method of notifying the necessary parties.
  • Keep up to date with the latest secure coding and cyber-security issues.
  • Support the business with a range of compliance requirements.
  • Identify vulnerable systems and suggest remediation steps.
  • Implement and advise strategies for software and hardware defense.
  • Perform and oversee tasks related to social engineering campaigns.
  • Maintain expert awareness to the latest news threats in the security industry.
  • Provide weekly status update emails to your manager.
  • Understand and Operate per the appropriate RL Methodologies.
  • Update project ticket each time an action is taken on assigned projects

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

Must have advanced skills/knowledge in some of the following:
  • Network administration skills to test internal systems such as firewalls and IPS/IDS devices to ensure networks are safe.
  • Standards related to implementing a risk management framework including COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001/2 and NIST.
  • Common programming languages including C, C++, C#, Java, SQL or PHP.
  • Windows, UNIX and Linux operating systems.
  • Encryption technologies, ethical hacking and penetration testing.
  • Compliance skills in relation to key legislations such as Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA), The Sabanes-Oxley (SOX) Act of 2022, Payment Card Industry (PCI), The National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST), The Gramm Leach Bliley Act (GLBA) and compliance assessments.
  • Ability to manage the Internet protocol suite.
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also independently and on own initiative.
  • Flexible approach to dynamic tasks.
  • Analytic ability to break down problems into constituent parts.
  • Solid communication skills and expertise to translate technical jargon into business familiar language.
  • Proven ability to audit an IT environment and provide security and process recommendations.
