Channel Manager – East Coast (CDW / SHI Focus)

RedLegg is hiring an East Coast Channel Manager to own and grow strategic relationships with CDW, SHI, and key regional partners across the NY/NJ market. This role is designed for a channel professional who understands how national VARs operate and wants direct responsibility for partner-driven revenue in the region. You’ll act as the primary RedLegg interface for assigned partners—driving enablement, co-selling, and partner-sourced pipeline while shaping how RedLegg shows up within the CDW/SHI ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the channel strategy for CDW, SHI, and select East Coast partners
  • Build strong working relationships with partner sellers, specialists, and sales leadership
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline across the region
  • Support and participate in joint customer meetings and partner-led opportunities
  • Deliver enablement sessions, training, and solution positioning to partner teams
  • Collaborate on joint marketing programs, partner events, and campaigns
  • Manage partner pipeline, forecasting, and channel reporting
  • Provide insight into partner trends, competitive positioning, and regional opportunities
  • Travel within the NY/NJ region for partner and customer meetings

What We’re Looking For

Required
  • 3–5+ years in channel, VAR, MSSP, or cybersecurity-related roles
  • Direct experience working with CDW, SHI, or similar national VARs
  • Strong understanding of partner-led sales motions and co-selling environments
  • Ability to operate independently while coordinating with sales, marketing, and engineering teams
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred
  • Responsibility for partner enablement or territory ownership
  • Experience supporting complex security services (SOC, MDR, IR, compliance)
  • Existing relationships in the NY/NJ partner ecosystem

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000
  • Variable Compensation: Partner-sourced performance incentives
  • Clear progression into more senior channel leadership roles

RedLegg is hiring a Channel Manager to build and grow our Western U.S. partner ecosystem. This role owns regional VAR, MSSP, and reseller relationships—from partner recruitment through enablement and co-selling.   • Recruit, onboard, and activate regional and national VAR / MSSP partners
  • Serve as the primary RedLegg contact for partner sellers and leadership
  • Enable partner sales teams through training, deal support, and joint planning
  • Support partner-led customer meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate on co-marketing campaigns, events, and GTM initiatives
  • Manage partner pipeline, forecasting, and reporting
  • Provide field feedback to improve channel programs and partner experience
  • Travel regionally for partner and customer engagements

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Experience working with reseller or partner-led sales motions
  • Understanding of managed security services (MDR, SOC, IR, compliance)
  • Strong relationship-building and partner enablement skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally

Regional Account Manager – Cybersecurity / MSSP (Remote, U.S.)

RedLegg is hiring Regional Account Managers to own and grow defined U.S. territories selling managed cybersecurity services. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role focused on acquiring new customers and expanding an existing account base. You’ll partner closely with Security Engineers to sell outcome-driven security services aligned to real business risk—not commodity tools.

What You’ll Do

  • Own a defined regional territory with revenue and quota responsibility
  • Close new logo business while expanding existing customer accounts
  • Lead discovery with IT, security, and executive stakeholders (CIO, CISO)
  • Sell managed cybersecurity services including SOC, MDR, Incident Response, Compliance, and Consulting
  • Collaborate with Security Engineers on solution design and proposals
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM with discipline and accuracy
  • Represent RedLegg in regional meetings, events, and partner engagements

What Strong Candidates Bring

Required
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B technology or cybersecurity sales experience
  • Experience selling managed services (MSSP, MDR, SOC, IR)
  • Proven territory ownership and complex deal management
  • History of consistent quota attainment
  • Comfortable selling to technical and executive buyers
Preferred
  • Prior MSSP or cybersecurity consulting environment
  • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government)
  • Existing relationships in assigned territory
  • Familiarity with SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, or similar frameworks

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): Clearly defined, uncapped commissions aligned to territory potential
  • Accelerators for exceeding quota
