The Security Analyst is a member of the RedLegg Managed Services team. The Security Analyst is focused on client's front-line security monitoring with RedLegg Managed Services.  The Security Analyst will utilize technical knowledge, proprietary tools & polite professional etiquette while performing the following duties:

Responsibilities

  • Monitor & Triage Client security alerts
  • Identify Opportunities for improving client security posture
  • Investigate Security Incidents to determine cause and provide details to clients 
  • Maintain knowledge of industry-wide attacks
  • Provide proactive analysis of customer intrusions, incidents & vulnerabilities
  • Provide interpretation and technical security guidance to assist with higher tier analysis and customer escalation

Sr. Automation Architect

Sr. Automation Architect

Job Description

The RedLegg Sr. Automation Architect is focused on functioning as the primary automation resource for RedLegg’s internal operations, specifically as it pertains to our MSS practice. Contribute to maintaining the infrastructure, process, and workflow as it pertains to those operations and the Cortex XSOAR platform internally. This includes some project management, documentation, mentorship, expertise in infrastructure development and maintenance, training, audit, and operating as an expert and advisor in the development and evolution of RedLegg Automation Services. The Sr Automation Architect is a member of the 96Bravo Team and will utilize technical expertise and polite professional etiquette while performing the following duties:

 

Responsibilities:

·      Demonstrate expertise in the areas of Automation, Development and Cloud Technologies

·      Develop and document process for internal automation and development projects

·      Assist in the scoping and deployment of an SDLC

·      Work with the team to identify internal automation opportunities

·      Maintain knowledge of industry-wide trends, and technologies as it relates to automation and cloud technologies

·      Act as a subject matter expert regarding the development and implementation XSOAR integrations and playbooks

·      Coordinate with the 96Bravo Manager, MSS Management and the Automation Engineer for process improvement and service evolution

·      Assist in the development of internal training programs, activities, and initiatives

 

Skill and Knowledge Requirements

·      Minimum 3 Development Experience in Python or Javascript

·      1-years SOAR platform or similar experience preferred

·      Engineering experience

·      Threat research experience

·      Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with staff and other teams

·      Network architecture and design

·      Ability to create and present to both customer and internal parties

·      Strong project planning and organizational skills

·      Industry-standard awareness

·      Cloud infrastructure knowledge - specifically AWS

The IT Infrastructure Engineer is a member of the internal RedLegg IT Team reporting to the IT Manager  & RedLegg Operations. The IT Infrastructure Engineer is focused on designing, building, deploying & maintaining the IT infrastructure using the latest technology .  The IT Infrastructure Engineer ensures all the IT systems that support internal business units are supported & function efficiently.

Sr. Security Solutions Consultant

Sr. Security Solutions Consultant

Description

The Senior Security Solutions Consultant serves as a lead consultant in various areas of information security throughout the sales process. Primary duties include identifying customer’s needs, proposing strategic solutions to meet the holistic needs of the client, and assisting sales with closing business and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other duties include internal training of sales staff on various security subjects, presenting talks and writing relevant security topics for client consumption, and recommending, reviewing, and assessing new technology solutions for RedLegg to present to customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

·      Identify customer needs and understand the business drivers behind those needs.

·      Function as a trusted advisor to Director and C-Level Clients.

·      Propose and design strategic security solutions to meet customer’s holistic security needs.

·      Perform technical scoping, project pricing and approach development.

·      Conduct internal training of sales staff.

·      Assist sales staff with converting customer opportunities to closed sales.

·      Create and publish thought leadership and technical content for existing and potential client consumption.

 

Required Qualifications

·      Minimum of 5 years in an Information Security role.

·      Passionate about security and building relationships in the industry.

·      In-depth knowledge of general security controls.

·      Strong knowledge of security strategy, risk management techniques and the overall security landscape.

·      Excellent written and verbal skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

·      At least 5 years of experience performing client-facing consulting roles.

·      Strong knowledge of current security products.

·      Strong knowledge of managed security services operations and orchestration.

·      Involvement in local and national security groups and conferences.

·      Outside the box thinking, consistently challenging with goals on improvement.
