Tabletop Exercise Workshops with RedLegg is a regional event series for cybersecurity professionals looking to build and expand their security strategies to grow and better protect their businesses.

Join RedLegg’s Expert Tabletop Exercise Facilitator for a live tabletop demonstration and discussions on Incident Response preparation. Special emphasis will be placed on the tabletop exercise process.

The afternoon begins with a discussion on the importance of completing your Incident Response Plan as the tabletop exercise is a key component of incident preparation.

SCENARIO

In this demonstration, the facilitator will present a custom scenario with injects, or tailored pieces of information based on real-life events to prompt discussion among our stand-in actors.

KEY PLAYERS

Our stand-in actors will respond to injects from the facilitator based on their knowledge of the team's existing incident response plan, policies, procedures, and technologies.

FACILITATOR 

RedLegg's expert facilitator will guide the key players through the tabletop exercise to ensure that the objectives are met and key issues in the IR Plan are explored.

EVENT AGENDA

11:30 am - 12:00 pm - Registration Open

  • Sign in and grab some RedLegg swag! 

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm - Kick-off & Lunch

  • We’ll also serve lunch to fuel you up for a content heavy afternoon. This is also a great time to meet some of your neighbors before we get started.

1:00 pm - 1:45 pm - Session Intro

  • The session will begin by going over Incident Response Plans. We will then define key terms and introduce our cast of characters that will demonstrate the exercise.

2:00 pm - 3:45 - Tabletop Exercise Demonstration

  • Our expert facilitator will introduce the scenario. We will walk through four injects, each with time for discussions and a Q&A.

4:00 pm - 4:30 pm - Session Wrap-Up

  • Ending remarks and gratuitous thanks.

4:30 pm - 6:30 pm - Happy Hour (Optional)

  • Join the RedLegg team to unwind and close the day out!
