- **Terminology** - IGA, IAM, PAM, ITDR 'oh my,' with the 3 letter words & acronyms. Identity is one of the most important discipline of information & cyber security which aims to manage user identities & their access to enterprise resources & data. This needs to be simple so team members, employees, vendors all can communicate & operate. Will draw out the individual portions, how they relate, why they are each important & how they work together.
- **Workforce Identity Category: Primary Human, Secondary Human Privilege, 3rd Party Vendor, Contractor & Service Account** -These are available workforce identities that enterprises, schools, hospitals, government need to deal with. They need to be recognized & treated differently. Machine accounts, service accounts are the identities that no one wants to talk about. We will talk about them.
- **Joiner, Mover, Leaver Detailed Perspective** - LifeCycle Management. How this looks from start to finish including terminology & who you need to make sure to invite to your own onsite identity workshop.
- **Identity Solution Architecture **-From the trenches live examples of what to do and not to do with any portion of your identity project. Anything from Microsoft On Premise, Azure AD & hybrid environments. Nothing is off the table. Let’s talk about it.
- **On-Site Workshop** - How & why to hold your own onsite workshop at your organization including documentation & suggested templates.
