Senior Operations Engineer – IBM QRadar

Description:

The RedLegg Senior Operations Engineer is a member of the RedLegg Managed Services team. This role is focused on all technical aspects of the initial onboarding and management of the customer’s managed IBM QRadar SIEM solution environment and customer experience with RedLegg Managed Services. This role will specialize in the design, implementation, and management of IBM QRadar solutions. The Senior Operations Engineer will also utilize technical expertise and polite professional etiquette while performing the following duties:

  • Demonstrate leadership in areas of the Customer Service engagement
  • Design and implement customer-facing technical project plans
  • Provide high-level reports and status to both internal and customer project teams
  • Organize and facilitate technical meetings with the customer
  • Maintain knowledge of industry-wide attacks
  • Provide interpretation and technical security guidance to assist with customer remediation
  • Demonstrate Technical Leadership to both customer and internal parties
  • Provide mentorship and training to MSS staff
  • Assist with developing internal process and procedures for MSS staff

The below job description is the core functions of this role; however, the ideal person is someone who wants to be part of something bigger as we continue to push the boundaries of how marketing can impact the business. Job Description

The Marketing Content Strategist serves as the coordinator and project owner for content marketing initiatives. Primary duties include start-to-finish project execution with the guidance and support of the marketing manager. You will work to move and launch content-driven projects independently, with internal teams, and with external contractors. Additional duties include project conceptualization, campaign development and analysis, event coordination, and much more -  the sky is the limit.

The RedLegg office is located in Geneva, IL. Working in the office will be required during the initial employment period and the ability to work remotely will be granted when appropriate. Timelines around this are negotiable. Weekly team meetings in the office or other specified location is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first line of editorial oversight in RedLegg’s content, ensuring the quality and consistency of brand voice across all published written content: web, social, email, and print
  • Create useful, compelling, original content in collaboration with the engineering team, leadership, and network of freelance writers
  • Develop and execute RedLegg’s content strategy and editorial calendar
  • Work with marketing and sales to identify and fulfill content needs for all phases of the customer journey
  • Identify unique content opportunities from the industry news and/or trending topics.
  • Assist in regular outbound communications such as social media, press releases, email newsletters, campaign assets, and other communication assets as needed
  • Manage projects in coordination with contractors and internal teams around graphic design, website development, product development, asset creation, campaign launches, event planning, etc
  • Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in marketing, journalism, PR, communications, or other field

Description

The Regional Account Manager will design, present, and demonstrate security services solutions. The ability to gather requirements, architect solutions, develop proposals, and present to the client is essential. During the sales cycle, the Regional Account Manager will work with the security engineering team to architect solutions, identify vendor solutions that meet the client’s requirements, and position competitive solutions. The Regional Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying needs and selling managed security services. Writing and presentation skills are a must.

Description

The Senior Security Sales Engineer serves as the lead technical resource throughout the sales process. Primary duties include identifying customer needs, proposing and designing strategic and technical solutions to meet those needs, and assisting sales with closing business and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional duties include internal training of staff on various security subjects, solution scoping, pricing and statements of work.

Key Responsibilities

Job Description

During this internship program, you will be exposed to project work in the cybersecurity field and will gain insight into many facets of the cybersecurity landscape. Placement is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn key technologies and services through RedLegg and vendor training programs
  • Complete tasks needed for various departments including, but not limited to, marketing, customer service, managed security services and pre-sales and sales support
  • Update documents in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
