- Includes a free copy of Outlook 2003 or 2007 or Entourage 2004.
- Access methods include MAPI, OWA/Web Cllient, POP/Forwarding and IMAP.
- Support for two-way wireless synchronization with BlackBerry, Good Mobile Messaging and ActiveSync.
- Enhanced calendaring and collaboration (Outlook Client).
- Public folder access.
- Journaling.
| Gold Tier
- Provides the full functionality of OWA/Web Client and also includes POP/Forwarding and IMAP access.
- Support for two-way wireless synchronization with ActiveSync.
- Group Calendaring via OWA.
- Public Folders access via OWA.
- Ideal for users within organization that need group calendaring functionality via OWA without the need to install or support an Outlook/Entourage email client (users can still opt to use email client via POP/IMAP)
| Silver Tier
- Provides OWA/Web Client and also includes POP/Forwarding and IMPA access.
- Personal calendar Ideal for users that require email to communicate with the rest of the organization, but don't necessarily require enhanced wireless and collaboration features.
