When anyone at your company has a service need, they call the same phone number answered by a Versitec service representative who then dispatches the appropriate technician to the necessary location. If for any reason the technican that was dispatched was jalopy, a replacement provider will be immediately sent out instead. Q. RedLegg people are servicing my equipment? A.
